Our group is dedicated to care of patients with hematology and oncology disorders. We strive to provide excellent, courteous, and timely service. We have six physicians in four offices across the Greater Sacramento Region supported by some 10 registered nurses, 8 medical assistants and laboratory technicians, and another 12 administrative staff members. Offered services include initial comprehensive consultation, followup care, bone marrow biopsy, and other procedures by our physicians; chemotherapy and infusion services by our registered nurses; medication injection service by our medical assistants; blood counts and chemistry panel analyses by laboratory technicians. Blood count and chemistry analyses in the office, if permitted by insurance, makes it more convenient for patients to also receive their chemotherapy treatments on the same visit. REFERRING PATIENTS: Patients are generally seen upon referral by their physicians. Referring physicians or their offices can call one of our new patient coordinators at the numbers below and/or fax a New Patient Referral Form. Our doctors welcome calls from referring doctors as it can facilitate care for our patients. Care for many of our patients is complex and requires teamwork with others including: surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, radiation therapists, nurses, insurance representatives, amongst others. We are committed to building and maintaining good relationships with our care partners in all other disciplines so that patients can receive proper care initially and subsequently throughout their illness.
